Poster set-up and removal
Poster Set-Up: Thursday, July 9, from 08:00 to 10:00
Poster Removal: Saturday, July 11, from 13:00 to 14:00
Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing their posters within the designated time slots.
Any posters not removed by the specified deadline will be discarded by the event staff. ISDH 2026 cannot be held responsible for posters left unattended after the removal period.

- Only A0 format - vertical oriented posters are accepted
- Payment must be completed directly during the online ordering process
- Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a collection code, which must be presented when collecting your poster at the congress venue

Poster collection
Your poster will be available in the poster area at Level +3.
You can collect it by presenting your code, according to the following schedule:
Thursday, 09 July > 08:00 – 14:00
Friday, 10 July > 08:00 – 14:00
Saturday, 11 July > 08:00 – 14:00
